Undeliverable Messages

Undeliverable messages result when a server receives mail addressed to nonexistent recipients. Multiemail automatically separates bounced addresses, which means that your mailbox won't be flooded with undeliverable mail. A high volume of undeliverable mail can overload your mail server and put you in the trouble with your ISP. You can remove those addresses automatically from the list and from the server.

To remove nonexistent email addresses from the list or from the server:

1.Click the Undeliverable messages tab

2.check the Watch for undeliverable messages box in the upper left corner.
