Sending a message with an attachment

There are two different ways of sending emails with attachments.

Sending the same attachment for every record in the database - In this case, every record in

 your database will receive the same attachment. To send an attachment, go to the Message editor. Click

 on Insert/File (Attachment) to insert more than one attachment, just press the Insert/File (Attachment)

 menu again.

 Sending different attachments for every record in the database - In this case, every record in your

database can receive a unique attachment. To send different attachments for every record in the database,

 browse the file you want to send and check the box next to the attachment field. To insert more than one

 attachment, just press [Browse].
